Beaded Unicorn is a author’s sculpture in which traditional craft turns into a modern artistic gesture. Thousands of glass beads are hand-assembled into a complex spatial form, where each interweaving works as an element of rhythm, light and volume.
White beads form a pure, almost ephemeral corporeality, while the golden mane and tail create a sense of movement, energy and internal tension of the form. The contrast of materials emphasizes the balance between fragility and strength – a key theme of the work.
The sculpture appeals to the image of a mythical creature not as a fairy tale, but as an archetype: a symbol of transformation, memory and concentrated work. Close observation reveals the intricate texture of the handmade surface, transforming the object into a meditative field.
The work is made in a single copy and is intended for a collection space – where silence, materiality and depth of form are valued.
Made with love and inspiration!
