Our toy has a pleasant spicy aroma and a cheerful disposition. Ukrainians used to believe that a lamb brings wealth. At important, fateful moments in life (for example, at a wedding), people sat on a shaggy sheepskin so that they would always have abundance and everything would be successful.
The sheep are depicted on pysanka with a pattern of “ram horns”, similar to the image of growing shoots-leaves, symbolizing
fertility and abundance.
