Regulations on the processing of personal data
1. General provisions and scope of application
Individual entrepreneur… (hereinafter referred to as “Create4me”), address: Ukraine, 4600, Ternopil, blvd. , processes the personal data of individuals who purchase and/or order goods and/or services for themselves, recipients of the order, as well as visitors to the “Create4me” Online Platform (hereinafter referred to as “Buyers, Users”) on the “Create4me” online platform (hereinafter referred to as “Create4me Online Platform”), which includes the website: create4me.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) and/or the “Create4me” mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Mobile Application”) and/or related services, in accordance with these Regulations on the processing and protection of personal data of users (buyers) of the “Create4me” online platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”).
Create4me is the owner of the personal data of Buyers.
Personal data in these Regulations means information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified.
Create4me’s processing of Buyers’ personal data includes, but is not limited to, the following actions: collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, updating, use and dissemination (distribution, sale, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of personal data, including using information (automated) systems.
Other terms in these Regulations are used in the meanings given in the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” dated June 1, 2010 No. 2297-VI.
By registering on the Site or in the Mobile Application (downloaded via Play Market or App Store) and starting to use the “Create4me” Online Platform, or by placing an order without prior registration, the Buyer provides permission and voluntary unambiguous consent to the processing of his personal data on the terms and in the manner set out in this Regulation, and also confirms that he has carefully read and fully understood this Regulation.
The Site may contain links to other websites (for informational purposes only). When following links to other websites, the effect of this Regulation will not apply to such websites. In this regard, Create4me recommends that you familiarize yourself with the privacy and personal data policy of each such website before transferring personal data by which the Buyer can be identified.
Separate user accounts may be created on the Online Platform, including for the convenience of authorization and order formation, speed of order processing and payment for goods.
2. Composition, content and sources of personal data collection
Create4me may process the following personal data of Buyers and order recipients:
first name, last name, patronymic, number phone, email address, date of birth, presence of children, gender, hobbies, presence of pets, presence of a car and its VIN number, language of communication, delivery address, presence of an account in social networks/online platforms, information on passport data, identification code.
This list of personal data is not exclusive and mandatory, but depends on the needs and wishes of the Buyer himself and on the operations that he performs on the “Create4me” Online Platform.
Create4me collects most of the personal data directly from Buyers, when Buyers provide personal data when using (registering) the “Create4me” Online Platform, or when completing a survey (by filling out a questionnaire or in another way), or during oral communication between the Buyer and the Site administration, or when making a payment on the “Create4me” Online Platform (including when purchasing goods and/or services on credit/payment in installments). However, Create4me may also collect personal data of Buyers from third parties – through online platforms (e.g., through a Facebook, Google, AppleID account).
Personal data also includes other information obtained by the “Create4me” Online Platform on lawful grounds from third parties and/or available from the Buyer’s social media accounts – in the event of registration on the “Create4me” Online Platform using social media authentication services. In such a case, the Buyer consents to the processing of information available from the relevant social media accounts.
Buyers are responsible for all information posted by them in publicly accessible accounts. Buyers are aware of all risks associated with their disclosure of their address or information about their exact location. If the Buyer decides to log in to the “Create4me” Online Platform using a third-party authentication service, such as information from the Facebook social network, Create4me may receive additional information, access to which is provided by such third party person.
Create4me does not process special categories of personal data (so-called “sensitive data”) relating to races
