How to order a product on the Create4Me marketplace?
Click ‘Add to cart’, place an order via the form and choose a convenient delivery and payment method.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No, creating an account is not necessary – you can place an order as a guest.
However, we recommend registering, because with an account you get more opportunities:
- track the status of orders;
- save purchase history;
- submit return requests;
- communicate with sellers;
- participate in bonus programs.
How to order a product according to individual measurements or color?
On the product page, click ‘Individual order’, fill out the form, specify the necessary parameters (sizes, color, photo, wishes), and the seller will respond to you.
Can I change the order after placing it?
Yes, if the seller has not yet confirmed it. Contact him via private message as soon as possible.
Delivery
Delivery of goods: what options are available?
Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta and other services depending on the seller. Choose a convenient option during checkout.
Who pays for the delivery of the goods?
The terms of delivery are determined by the seller. The buyer usually pays for the delivery upon receipt, but sometimes it is included in the price of the goods.
Returns and exchanges
Returning the goods if they do not fit – what to do?
If the goods do not fit, they can be returned within 14 days, unless they belong to the categories that are not subject to return and are not an individual order. For more details about returns and exchanges, read the returns policy.
How to request a return of goods?
Log in to your account -> My orders -> “Return request”. Follow the instructions and wait for a response.
Return of an individual order – what do you need to know?
Individual orders are not subject to mandatory return according to the Law of Ukraine ‘On Consumer Protection’ and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172.
Also not subject to return: handmade cosmetics, personal hygiene items, underwear, soft toys, jewelry made of precious metals.
The deposit is not refundable even with the seller’s voluntary consent.

Is it safe to make payments on the platform?
Yes, we use certified payment gateways. Card data is not stored on the site.

How to register as a seller and get verified?
To become a seller, register, authenticate and confirm your personal data. The administration checks the application and opens access to the seller’s account. Read the step-by-step instructions in the Help Center.
What are the requirements for sellers on Create4Me?
The seller must provide high-quality product photos, an accurate description, production and delivery times, confirm their identity, and comply with the platform’s rules.

Is international delivery possible?
Yes, international delivery is available. The cost is determined according to the rates of the carrier chosen by the seller.
